Here I want to share some info info for you all.

If you bring the car up to Kuala Perlis, the distance traveled by ferry from Kuala Perlis to Langkawi Island is approximately 1 hour 15 minutes.

If you intend to depart from Kuala Kedah the distance traveled by ferry approximately 1 hour 45 minutes.

In addition there are many places to visit especially night market. You can try a variety of food sold in the night market with cheap price compare to the restaurant.

I have compiled the following table the night in Langkawi as per below:

Monday - Jalan Makam Mahsuri Lama (off Ulu Melaka)

Tuesday - Kedawang

Wednesday - Pekan Kuah

Thursday - Bohor Tempoyak (Cenang Beach)

Friday - Padang Lalang (Near Tanjung Rhu)

Saturday - Kuah Town

Sunday – Padang Mat Sirat (1km from Airport)
